This initiative occupies more than 10 million square meters in an environmentally friendly setting, which will be preserved with a low-density urban development, combining hotels, recreational areas, horizontal and vertical housing, to offer a first-class real estate and tourist destination, where the buyer can choose the financial institution of their preference for financing purposes.
