Villa Montellano, Puerto Plata.– The induction day for the program *“A Ganar”* began this Saturday with great enthusiasm. This initiative, promoted by *Punta Bergantín in partnership with the Dream Project Foundation*, is aimed at young people from the municipality of Villa Montellano who are looking to prepare themselves to access new employment opportunities.
During this first meeting, participants received an introduction to the program, learned about the methodology, the training content, as well as the schedule, class days, and commitments they will undertake during the training process. The session also provided an opportunity to guide the young people on the importance of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork as fundamental pillars for their personal and professional development.
The program will benefit 50 young people, who will receive training in socio-emotional skills and job competencies aligned with the needs of the tourism and service sector, contributing to strengthening the human capital of the province.
